CONROE – A head-on collision resulted in one fatality and left two others in critical conditions on Saturday, June 27.
Firefighters report that a Grand Prix crossed into oncoming traffic on FM 2854 near Ponderosa. The Grand Prix clipped another vehicle and then ran head on into a pickup truck.
The driver of the Grand Prix – an 18-year-old woman who’s identity remains unreleased – was killed on impact. The passenger in the vehicle and the driver of the pickup truck were critically injured.
The driver of the side-swiped vehicle was not injured.
