HOUSTON – Paramedics rushed six people, including two children, to the hospital early Sunday after a wreck on the North Sam Houston Parkway feeder road.
According to investigators, all six victims were in a car heading eastbound near the Eastex Freeway around 1:45 a.m.
Houston police said the driver lost control and the vehicle crashed into a concrete pillar along the freeway.
The four adults and two children were injured in the accident.
Two of the adults, who were sitting at the front of the vehicle, were seriously injured, but police said everyone in the vehicle was expected to survive.
Officers are now working to determine if alcohol was a factor in the crash.
